Mark Olie is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. He has worked for and advised several multinational companies and all major Dutch financial institutions (Rabobank, ING Bank and ABN AMRO Bank) and energy companies (Nuon and Essent) on a large variety of legal issues, including financial and energy derivatives agreements. Since 2010 he has advised several small and medium-sized companies with respect to setting up a bond issuance program. He is also the founding board member and president of the Derivatives Law Foundation and several other non-profit organisations. Mark holds a Dutch law degree from Utrecht University and is also an alumnus of New York University School of Law from which he graduated with an LL.M. degree in US corporate and securities law. He is fluent in Dutch, English and Spanish.
Stephan van de Vusse has worked in the financial services sector since 1991. From 2005 through 2009 he was a director of CenE Bankiers, the bank that focuses on the Dutch medical sector, and a group director of F. van Lanschot Bankiers. In 2010 he started Healthcare Finance Group. Stephan holds a Dutch law degree from Utrecht University and is also an alumnus of TIAS Nimbas Business School from which he graduated in 2008 with a Master of Business Valuation degree. Stephan is member of the Supervisory Board of the Helen Dowling Institute. He is fluent in Dutch and English.
